Salesmen needs to be more in tune with what customer wants. Spent all day Saturday for the salesman to try to sell me a vehicle I didn’t want, I even had to leave for work just to get a text from the salesman Spent all day Saturday for the salesman to try to sell me a vehicle I didn’t want, I even had to leave for work just to get a text from the salesman still trying to sell me a vehicle I didn’t want. After talking to the GM finally got the ball rolling on a vehicle that fit my needs. Finance department was overloaded so was asked to come back on Monday. Went back on Monday to find out the truck had been sold but they had another in mind. After spending another Hour there I finally told them I’d come back once they had a truck locked and paperwork ready for me to sign again. Salesmen text said should be all ready around 3:30. Get there and once again nothing was locked in and paperwork not ready. Had asked why I was told to come back for the salesman to tell me he had no idea that it wasn’t done. Finally got everything locked and ready around 7:30pm, salesman came to my house around 8:30pm to sign paperwork. Was the worst experience and very frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I am very thankful to the finance department for getting me approved with not so good credit but I do feel the salesman did not go above and beyond to make my experience pleasant at all. More
