Failed car purchase My wife and I were in the market to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee and elected to go to this location. After arriving and meeting with sales rep, we w My wife and I were in the market to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee and elected to go to this location. After arriving and meeting with sales rep, we were shown a few cars on their website even though we already took the the time to research the same site at home. We test drove a filthy Jeep Cherokee which lacked the power and quality of a Grand Cherokee. After arriving back at the dealership, we were pawned off to another sales rep who did not have a full understanding of the features between models. We did find a new Cherokee limited for sale but was told the price was firm. We were also told that the technology on the 2017 was more expensive than the 2018 model, it was time to leave. Please stop telling customers your problems as it is no concern of mine when purchasing a car. My wife and I ended up going to Fayetteville where we purchased the car we wanted at the right price.
