Amazing! I've been wanting one for years and we were finally in the position to purchase one, brand new at that. It's perfect. They (service department)DO NOT perform their work and address constantly talk on their cell phones making personal plans. The service department evidently does not know what they are doing as I bought a new truck and was having a back up camera put in and they crosswired the camera and fried my trucks computer and radio. Not quite pleased The ONLY reason that the rating is as high as it is, is because Thomas (in service). He was seemingly the only person who cared that my brand new Jeep The ONLY reason that the rating is as high as it is, is because Thomas (in service). He was seemingly the only person who cared that my brand new Jeep was getting repaired (from things not my fault) and I was stuck driving a mini van for a week. The comparison between my Jeep and the mini van is just not there. However, Thomas made the experience painless and I could truly tell he wanted to make things right. I previously rated Scott (the salesman) as being helpful and supportive, but all that faded as soon as the papers were signed. I was told things would happen that never happened and no reason as to why. Not super great service in that aspect. That being said, push Thomas up the chain.. he's the type of guy you want in administration! More
