On Saturday, January 7, 2923, we came into the dealership late in the afternoon with the intention of trading our pickup for a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. We were met by Frazier Freeman. We told him our intention & immediately felt as if we were exactyly where we wanted to be. He was attentive, friendly, & helpful. Like talking to an old friend. In a short time, we had settled on the Jeep we wanted & the deal was being made. Because we were late in arriving, we were at the dealership past their normal Saturday closing time, but both Frazier & Richard Nickell, the Finance Manager, were as attentive to our wants & needs as if they had just arrived for their day at work. Even the guys who had the job of prepping the car for delivery were there & ready to ensure we were satisfied. We feel that we met with the perfect balance of all possibilities--the right dealership, salesperson, & finance person. The following Saturday, we were back at the dealership, this time to have the white lettering on the tires turned to the inside. Jared Ellis, our Service Advisor, informed us that he could 'paint' the lettering with a paint that would get the job done without having to break down the tires & wheels, a better way to get the results we wanted. In a short time, we were happily on our way. As you can see, we have already been in contact with several people at McLarty Daniel, so I feel very confident that our experience will be a happy one for as long as we own our Jeep. More

This is one of the worse buying experiences I've ever had. They obviously don't care about anyone's time. I got to the dealership at 1:00 and took a quick test drive. There wasn't much price negotiations and we agreed to a deal. They looked at the trade, made an offer and I accepted. We finally walked out of the dealership close to 7. That's 6 hours for a simple sales transaction. I just finished another car purchase 2 weeks prior to this one. That took an hour. This was trip #1. Add to this the next day, the finance manager says that the paperwork was wrong so we needed to resign the documents. This was visit #2, the finance manager came to my house with the papers. Then I was in Bentonville and called to ask if an accessory that was due to me was in, they said no. They called back monday and said it had been for a week. So I had to come back to the dealership. This is trip #2. I get a call telling me my tags are ready to pick. up (I leased the vehicle so they do the taxes and get the tags). I arrive, the tag is wrong and they don't have my equity check. This is trip #3. So now I have to wait for them to fix the tag and get me my check. So that'll be the 4th trip and the 5th time having to go back and forth for this transaction. Every time I have to go to Benvonville, it's a 50 mile round trip and a waste of my time. More

Joseph promised us some Amazon FireTVs on a deal for a vehicle we were going to buy and we didn’t get those, we got these crappy replacements. Then he tried to say he never said that, but when we told him vehicle we were going to buy and we didn’t get those, we got these crappy replacements.
