I was going to buy a charger, from the dodge in bentonville from mister reed, but when I was trying to trade in my 21 camaro , he was trying to tell me it wasn’t possible and that I should go ahead bentonville from mister reed, but when I was trying to trade in my 21 camaro , he was trying to tell me it wasn’t possible and that I should go ahead and trade it anyways for the charger I was looking at cause I would be upgrading. Well I didn’t appreciate how he got mad when I told him I wouldn’t want to trade I’ll be going somewhere else. He just walked away didn’t even give me my keys till I asked for them. Well the next day I went to the Springdale Mclarty dodge , for a NEW charger widebody and they actually acknowledged my request and the manager as well as my sales person were very nice through out the process I ended up being able to get a brand new widebody charger for a lot better price and more for my trade. Would not recommend mister reed. More

We live in NE OKlahoma. We had been shopping for a new vehicle for a week. Our local dealerships either didn't have the time for us, or told us they had no inventory and to We had been shopping for a new vehicle for a week. We really weren't brand loyal, just looking for something that checked all the boxes. We found a pickup that was exactly what we wanted online at McLarty Daniel and I called to check on availability. Katie was super nice and told me in just a short time that the vehicle was still there. I told her we were coming to look at it. I got a call about 10-15 minutes later from Joseph Reed saying that he would be the sales representative that would show us the pickup and asking how soon we would be there and that he would have the vehicle up front for us when we got there and rinsed off if it was dusty. We arrived to be greeted by Joseph and immediately could see the pickup. He was very nice and very knowledgeable and most importantly wanted to sell us a vehicle without being pushy. The amount of interest and courtesy he showed was perfect. We took a test drive and we looked at all the wonderful features the pickup had to offer. When we got back to the dealership and we asked about price, he took us inside and looked up any rebates offered for us and we bought a beautiful 2022 1500 RAM Laramie at what we thought was a fair price. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and helpful. They listened and answered all of our questions. Joseph had the fuel tank filled for us as a Thank You and after a check to make sure everything was good on the pickup by their service department, they washed it and cleaned inside and sent us on our way. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership, and I would do it again in a heartbeat and I would recommed it to everyone I know. Joseph Reed and all the employees there are just really nice people.
