These people here do the utmost for their customers. they will literally go the extra mile. Ben was outstanding!!! The salesperson Ben was very friendly, kind, and helpful. My only problem was the finance person who did my paperwork. He was extremely rude. I had brought my mom and stepdad with me to help me decide on a vehicle. I had told him I wanted to wait until December to get the extended warranty. I had told him no 3 separate times that I did not want to get it that day. He told me he knew I was being coached but that I wasn’t spending Mommy and Daddy’s money. He took what was supposed to be an amazing experience and made it horrible. My actual Dad passed away very recently and even if that wasn’t the case, he still was absolutely unprofessional. I finally said yes so that he would stop pushing the issue. Additionally, he lied saying it would only be $9 a month when it was obviously more. If I had not already signed the paperwork, I would have probably gone somewhere else.’ More

The online process was simple, but I was a little displeased to find the inventory and prices did not match what I found at the actual dealership. I found the new Ram that I was looking for at this dealership when no one in TX, OK, or Joplin, MO had one. This dealership actually had stock on the lot! I have scoured many dealerships on line and dealership when no one in TX, OK, or Joplin, MO had one. This dealership actually had stock on the lot!
