I have bought 4 cars over the last 5 years from them one just three weeks ago and been very satisfied until now. Been looking for 3 weeks for a blue new 2021 Durango seen that one was intransit they knew I just three weeks ago and been very satisfied until now. Been looking for 3 weeks for a blue new 2021 Durango seen that one was intransit they knew I was waiting for one. Then notice that it was on the lot Monday called and confirmed with the sales manager that it was there and not sold drive an hour and a half Tuesday morning get there and it was sold the Friday before but the salesman neglected to turn it in as sold They could have called me to let me know that morning before I drove up there and the car is still on their website as available. Makes no sense for this lack of service when they have very few cars to deal with in the first place because of the shortage well will be looking elsewhere from now on their loss not mine More
