Even through the process of narrowing down which vehicle I would purchase and then deciding to think on it overnight, never any pressure from Bobby. He was happy to work numbers on a few different vehicles and let us decide what worked best for us. Bobby is a true professional at his craft. I can’t recommend Bobby enough! I worked with Finance Manager Michael Huff who was also great to work with. The paperwork process was quick and seamless and Michael was very thorough in explaining our options for extended warranty and GAP coverage. You can tell he truly cares and helped us make a decision based on what was in our best interest and made the most sense. After the transaction, GM Jason Hooe stopped by to thank me personally for my business and made sure I was happy throughout the process.
