My recent purchase from McLarty Daniel Ford for a used 2021 Jeep Compass was my first and last. Why? Because it is apparent there is either a serious lack of attention/detail paid when acquiring vehic 2021 Jeep Compass was my first and last. Why? Because it is apparent there is either a serious lack of attention/detail paid when acquiring vehicles, lack of caring to quality, lack of disclosure/honesty or all of the above. Before purchasing remotely I asked on the condition and was told it clean / great and only issues was scratches on the rear, below the cargo door. I took delivery of it on Fri 12/16. I immediately noticed the left headlight and marker light were leaking and contacted Justin. He spoke with someone who agreed to repay me for cost to replace, so I agreed and had to get prices. The next day, I had to leave town for work and stayed gone until Christmas eve as a result of work and family emergency. I pulled it from storage hristmas Eve and hid it in my garage for my daughter and wife as it was a Christmas present. Only after showing it to them on Christmas and getting full chance to spend time with it and have it inspected at a local Jeep dealer this week (and get another key fob - only came with one), were ALL issues uncovered (below). Headlight leakingMarker light leaking Headlight filler panel busted Fog light out Apparent front left damage (hense lights, panel) Rear lower valance bent and dented Rear lower valance bracket bent Scratched and chipped windshield Rear left door not aligned, latches unevenly MANY scratches, several through the primer MANY chips, some through primer Food and trash under seats Had I of seen this in person prior, I would NOT have purchased. If I did, it would not of been for what I paid. Honestly wishing I'd bought a local model I was also considering. More

The worst service experience I’ve ever had. Scheduled my f150 for service online. Got to the appointment and was told it would have to stay overnight just to be diagnosed. Couldn’t leave it that day so I made an appointment a week later and was told if it was a morning appointment they might get to it by the end of the day and maybe overnight. Day or two before that appointment I received a text saying they were way backed up and asking if I would move my appointment back another 4 days. I couldn’t because I’d be out of town for work then and was told okay but the shop was so backed up it’d for sure be the following day before it could be looked at. I asked if I could just keep it then and bring it in that morning if it was just going to sit there all day and night anyways. Was told yes to bring it in early the next morning. Well that morning has come and I was just told I would have to leave it with them until late next week (5-7 days) before they could even touch it. I was told “it will have to be parked in our parking lot the entire time” just to have a sound diagnosed. No offer of a loaner or rental either. Can’t imagine being able to go without a car for a week but if you can do that then I’m sure this is a great place to have your ford diagnosed/serviced. More
