Justin Dubose was very professional, in that he answered all of our questions, he didn't try to steer us away from what we wanted, and he listened to our parameters. If the dealership's goal was to lock in all of our questions, he didn't try to steer us away from what we wanted, and he listened to our parameters. If the dealership's goal was to lock in the transaction, they get five stars for knowing we would have driven the 4.5 hours to Edmond to pick up the other vehicle if they couldn't beat them. Take your vehicle to any other place on the planet. The customer service is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. It’s nonexistent! The really sad part is; the majority of the staff couldn’t care less.
