Before we left we had asked multiple times for pics of any scratches or damage. We get to the dealership and the vehicle had scratches everywhere, multiple door dings, and damaged drivers fender. His excuses was he didn't see the dent on the drivers fender, and it's a used vehicle. Bentonville is a beautiful town though. But the ford dealer has no integrity. More

Told them error code before took in but understand they still need to do diagnostic to troubleshoot. They told me about $135 with tax for finding the issue, but that cost would be factored in for the eventual repair. Diagnosed issue as a purge valve. Told me total of $486 to change a purge valve but did not have in stock. Told them OK and order the part. My son picked up car to drive home that evening to Fayetteville and the truck all the sudden had a new issue and it started running horrible (bucking and cutting out while accelerating). Called and asked if that could be purge valve and they said it could be. Took truck back a week later because could not get in prior to the 4th of July and they replaced the purge valve. Charged me $427.41 for purge valve that was supposed to include the deduct for the $135 already paid for the diagnosis. So, in total they ended up charging me roughly $562 overall instead of the $486. Picked the truck up and the truck was still running very rough and bucking. Keep in mind, it was not doing this when I took it to them for the Diagnosis. Found a dealer in Fayetteville to get pricing from them on items McLarty quoted (below in sidebar) and they were much cheaper and organized/cordial. I told that dealer that I wanted the spark plugs changed for sure, fule injectin sytem, and transmission work due to the mileage on the truck and to check the coil packs since we had taken the truck to Auto Zone for a simple diagnostic that indicated miss fires on cylinder 5. That dealer did his diagnostic on it and found a coil pack that was bad on cylinder 5. Other dealer in Fayetteville performed service on plugs, fuel injection system, and transmission all for us in 1 day (on a Saturday to accommodate a working student) for several hundred dollars less than McLarty wanted to charge. The Truck is running like a Dream now! Sidebar- After the initial diagnostic by McLarty, that took the entire day, they told me the Truck needed new air filter $33, Spark Plug Replacement $544, Fuel Injector/Throttle Body Service $200, Module Reprogramming (??) $120, Transmission Filter/Gasket replacement $400, and new rear brakes $377 for a total of $1,897 once shop charges and tax were added. This didn't include the original purge valve cost. McLarty did know I was upset and a service manager called me and told me they would do the work for the same cost as the other dealer to try and keep a happy customer. I of course told them no thanks and you should quote a fair price to begin with not ask for a second bite of the apple. Why would I want to give a business that already screwed me once more work? Service department was unorganized. Was supposed to have one contact and when son dropped vehicle off, they had assigned to someone else. Made it to where he could not catch the first shuttle and would have been late to work if he did not Uber, so he paid for an Uber. Learned my lesson with them and will always read reviews now prior to using any service related business. More

Pitiful service department 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire patch (had appt) do you have any qualified techs there at all? Doubtful. Would love to show them how to do their 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire patch (had appt) do you have any qualified techs there at all? Doubtful. Would love to show them how to do their job. Takes an hour at most for whole job. Can’t get a tire patch on because of humidity? Go to Florida and see if they have a problem. I have had literally hundreds of truck tires fixed in my 35 years of trucking as a director and vp. I can get peterbuilt drive tire fixed and back on in 45 minutes.. i can’t stand lies and that’s what this is all about. Bobby I have bought 2 from you and sent 4 others that bought also, there will be no more,, not your failure at all. You just have no backup after sale. Ask service how much longer and they say 30 minutes time after time. This is not first time for me for poor service or I would not go to trouble to write this and am quite sure it will be written off as not valid but hey at some point do your jobs or find another profession. there are plenty of other dealerships to take my business! Am sure you all are saying “good riddance “ have a good day watching all those in your waiting room, next time provide sleeping cots. More
No trust left On May 9th, I was told my battery was no good, it needed to be replaced, was told they had to jump start it twice. But what is interesting, is that m On May 9th, I was told my battery was no good, it needed to be replaced, was told they had to jump start it twice. But what is interesting, is that my truck is connected to a monitoring system that alerts me 24/7 of any issues. I can monitor my truck online from anywhere. And to this day (19 days later) it is showing my battery(and everything else under the hood) is in top condition and I am not having any issues starting my vehicle. To conclude: I think if they would have found that my voltage was low in my battery, the correct way to handle it should have been just that. But instead, they said my vehicle would not even start and battery IS NO GOOD. Now, unless the battery god's have been watching over me for the last few days and trying to save me a couple of hundred of dollars, I would have to say: LIE! I want to trust this company, but it's like any cheater, once you cheat, you're always a cheater. Post Script: I marked 'YES' on recommending, because this company needs to be honestly reviewed and rated by everyone. This is my experience not my opinion. This is actual facts, in which I have documentation of their claim and documentation of my claim. No one wants unnecessary expenses. More
