Fantastic experience during stressful time. I was searching for a car after one of the worst experiences of my life, this was not leisure shopping. I was paying hundreds of dollars for a rental, I was searching for a car after one of the worst experiences of my life, this was not leisure shopping. I was paying hundreds of dollars for a rental, it was chilly and raining on my brother and I all day. We must have been to every dealership in Fayetteville and Rogers and seen the worst of the worst. Other locations made me feel like my budget was pennies. I just wanted to give up and go home. But I remember seeing a Mazda 3 online at the Mclarty Daniel Ford dealership in Bentonville. Well unfortunately, it wasn't there, of course! However, I was VERY lucky to meet Mr. Nathan Anderson! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible, so he searched other locations when he came across the 2009 Honda Accord at McLarty Daniel Nissan and his manager was able to negotiate down to 11K so the price range was in my budget. He had me take it on a small test drive, explained all the bells and whistles of the interior, he made me feel relaxed, calm and dare I say it happy again to be car shopping. He was extremely patient while I was asking all of my questions and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all. He even took it upon himself to make sure that the Honda came with the Lifetime Warranty. After I purchased the vehicle he contacted me a few days later to make sure that I was still happy with the vehicle and that everything was working properly. And when my brother and I first saw the vehicle we noticed a couple of small scratches and asked if they could get fixed or filled in so what does Nathan do? He asks me to visit McLarty Daniel Ford at my earliest convenience and he took care of it himself! Out of his own pocket! I don't know anyone else who would do that. McLarty Daniel is very lucky to have him! And I am going to recommend everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle in his direction. More
Mind-changing Experience I went to browse McLarty Daniel, but 99% sure I was buying from another dealership due to an outstanding deal they offered me and my mind was made up. The very first car that was shown to me, surprisingly, changed my mind. The salesman knew what I was in the market for but asked me to just take a look at another make/model. I am so very thankful I drove an hour to McLarty Daniel because they not only gave me a better offer than the previous dealership, but listened to my needs and had a list of cars ready for me to look at by the time I arrived. They were never pushy or talked me into something that I wouldn't like. The car I chose was cheaper, better MPG, almost brand new, 17k miles, better features, better insurance rates, and something I am excited about driving every morning on my way to work. Great job Jesus and Tom! More
