Be aware of their policies We recently purchased a used Chevrolet cargo van which we were very happy with until we drove it home and realized it would not go up our gravel d We recently purchased a used Chevrolet cargo van which we were very happy with until we drove it home and realized it would not go up our gravel driveway to the garage. We returned to the dealership immediately to see if we could get our money back, Rob Whittaker , a pre-owned sales manager suggested we have another staff member drive it back to our house and see what we were doing wrong and once again the truck would not climb the hill. The dealership was unwilling to return our check. The only thing they would do was TRADE for something on their lot and their was nothing for sale even remotely like what we needed. I called the manager on his cell phone to explain our situation and he claimed never to have received the message. The friendly perception of this dealership ended when a problem arose. More

Jose in services was great and helped me from day 1. They were all very helpful and patient with me while I decided what I was going to do (trade in or fix the maxima). My experience there was awesome and I will definitely visit them for my next car purchase. More
