The facilities are very clean and comfy. Now, the bad: the report on my truck said I needed a new in cab air filter, an engine air filter, my brakes flushed and an injection cleaning. After inspection, I definitely don't need either filter replaced. I looked into the brake flush, and it's unnecessary. I would venture to bet the injection cleaning is a scam as well. I don't fault Jordan. And I'll be back as long as my oil changes are free (they should be for life, but only 60k miles). More

It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my 2nd key fob, which I was told I would receive. Delivery of the vehicle actually happened a couple days after the sale & was rushed due to time and weather conditions. There were scratches that were missed at the sale (night) and delivery that were not repaired when I pointed them out when the vehicle was brought back for scratch repair. Unfortunately, none of the vehicle’s features were covered with me & it was pouring rain at delivery & I didn’t even know where the wipers were. I worked in customer service & service departments at dealerships for years & my expectations of good customer service are high.... More
