It was cold and raining, but our salesman did not hesitate to get out in the rain to greet us. We took a test drive in one of the vehicles. We left the dealership and told them we would think about it. We came back that afternoon and purchased a 2018 Murano. We appreciated the helpfulness of the salesman, but without feeling intimated or pressured into purchasing a vehicle. He has followed up with a couple of phone calls to see if he can assist us in anyway. It was an overall good experience. More

In and out, great service Brand new car was having starting issues, took it in, dropped it off while I went and handled other business for the day. Came back, salesman was nowhere to be found (found out later on he was taking care of business, so no biggie on that) salesman told me nothing was wrong, they even “charged the battery”. Ok, great. Thanks for checking it out. Went home, no big deal. Car had starting issues AGAIN that next day, and that Monday. I would call me salesman and let him know, but I honesty feel like they would just tell me the same thing again to quell me and make me go away. While my salesman means well, I have my doubts if the service techs are even actually certified. My service guy seemed like he was in a rush when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my BRAND NEW car, like he didn’t really care. It’s not like I just committed myself to a new car and just about 30k dollars or anything... just saying. More
