Very poor communication from the certified service department. I was in for a check engine light and they had difficulty diagnosing the problem. They held the truck for three days without any progress department. I was in for a check engine light and they had difficulty diagnosing the problem. They held the truck for three days without any progress. The first entire day I was told that they didn't even look at it. I had to reach out for updates every day rather than them reaching out to me. It seemed to be a problem that was too difficult for them to solve. I would have preferred if they were honest up front with me that the fix was too difficult for their office, rather than stringing me along for days. They don't have any loaners available so I had to uber to and from work and the dealership while they had my vehicle. Understandably, this is frustrating when you're paying quite a bit of money on Ubers and are not receiving any updates on progress of your vehicles repairs. A bit of a lack of consideration for people who only have 1 vehicle. I understand that I could have rented a car elsewhere, but I was led to believe each day that the repairs would be done the following day, so at the time I didn't feel it was necessary. I never leave bad reviews, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If they had been honest with me from the beginning I could have lived with the fact that the repair was difficult and sympathized with them. More
