Customer service has been horrible since I drove off the lot 5/7/21. Broken sunroof on truck when I used it for the first time. I left three or four messages for Brian (sales manager) who asked that I call lot 5/7/21. Broken sunroof on truck when I used it for the first time. Elliott (the salesman) called claiming the sunroof worked fine before I bought it, which is a lie. I found young child size underwear briefs under the passenger side backseat of the truck. Just not a good dealership at all. With this lack of communication, it is clear that the dealership does not have any regard for buyers and is okay with that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More

We did all of our paperwork online and had a couple of phone calls with the dealership to make sure everything was in order. While having my air conditioning fixe they told me the right side mirror was cracked and wanted $437.99 to fix it. Inspected it when I got home and a portion of the housing was separated.
