Went thru the Internet Sales team. Dylan and Micah were excellent. Worked thru a power outage, all of the rebates I was eligible for and options that I was looking for . If only they could have solved the exhorbitant Washington County license tax for EV vechiles....they give u $2500 rebate and then take back $1500 for license fees..nice. My husband does not like high-pressure sales and he did not feel that at all from this dealership. Even though we had our own financing ready, when it came time to sign, the company was not answering, and the finance manager quickly found us financing at a better rate in order to complete the deal. When we went to pick up the truck, with the papers already previously signed, it only took a few minutes to finalize everything and then we drove away in our new vehicle. If you do not like high-pressured sales or pushy dealers, I would highly recommend going to see Elliott Dawson at McLoughlin Chevrolet. He is worth his weight in gold! More

Kayla was very friendly. My only complaint is pricing seems to keep going up. Last time I had the air cabin filter replaced, labor was $50 (which seems high for the work), this time I was charged $75 for seems to keep going up.
