Battery died After I got my Tahoe running again, I took it directly to my service tech Don. Disappointed I called a week prior to my appointment to hear that the price for a sparkplug and like change would be 240.00. I arrived to find my bill was suddenly I called a week prior to my appointment to hear that the price for a sparkplug and like change would be 240.00. I arrived to find my bill was suddenly an extra 140.00 due to some Labor Wage increase that wasnt disclosed to me. Midway through the service I get a call from the shop saying they had broken something and were now charging me for the broken part replacement of another 140.00 Total price for this service was 445.00 rounded up. Massive increase from the 240.00 I was told. I figured a Chevi Dealership would be more professional and less cost effective. Immensely disgusted with the service and attitude demonstrated at this location. You're the direct dealer. Lead, not tarnish the name and reputation. More

Here’s my experience. They had a great advertised price. So I called to get clarification and the sales manager was very rude like I was wasting his time even though I already sent a pre approval letter. I So I called to get clarification and the sales manager was very rude like I was wasting his time even though I already sent a pre approval letter. I asked for an out the door price and they tried to tack on an extra $5000 on the closing costs blaming it on the sales tax in California. The car was a $27k car and if you multiply that by 8.5% California sales tax it comes out to only 2400 in taxes and registration may be about an extra $600. I asked why this was wrong and they aggressively told me to buy plane tickets and get to dealership or to sign paperwork promising to buy the car even if the car may be even more than what they quoted me. I would stay away from this dealership or pay very close attention to their closing costs. More
