I had been looking for a used ford f-150 and was on my way to look at it when I saw a beautiful 2014 Silverado they had on the lot. After talking with Billy and Kaveh I learned that most used trucks coming out of Canada will have hidden road damage from the material use to gravel the roads. The dealers that choose to sell these trucks will power wash the rust off of the underside of the truck and re-undercoat them. They will also repaint the rocker panels in an effort to hide the damage. All of the is not reported to Carfax. Thank you Billy and Kaveh for helping me to be an informed buyer! More

I found the vehicle at McLoughlin Chevy and had best price already clearly labeled. I responded to the email and within 15 minutes a representative called me and we scheduled an appointment. I went in and met "Big Dave" who was very knowledgeable and quickly ran through the test drive and minor paperwork prior to sending me to the finance people for signing. All in this was less than two hours. I work with a lot of dealerships along the West Coast and I have to say not only was Big Dave very helpful, but genuine as well. This is very difficult to find and I strongly recommend going in and talking with Big Dave when you need your next car! More
