Poor service I had problems from this dealership with some extra options I didn't want and service to have them put on. All but 1 of my windows have bubbles in m I had problems from this dealership with some extra options I didn't want and service to have them put on. All but 1 of my windows have bubbles in my tint and outside covering after having the clear paint protection covering and windows tinted at this dealership. Door panels and rear wiper were not put back together correctly. Stereo had loud rap music blasting when I first turned on my car. Grease spots also inside my new car. The dealership responded to me with we didn't do it. Very unhappy with this dealership. Is it to much to expect to have quality work done on a brand new vehicle at the dealership? Electric car fully charged, vacuumed and washed. The customer complaints should be heard and not denied or justified. More

Sunroof drain repair Matt in the Service Center seems to be a good guy. I liked communicating with him. I had diagnosed this problem at home, but lacked the ability to g Matt in the Service Center seems to be a good guy. I liked communicating with him. I had diagnosed this problem at home, but lacked the ability to get at the drain tube. The service guys needed to drop the headliner and repair the drain tube on the passengers side drain. Seems like it was done ok, but $607 seems excessive for that job. I think they get $135 an hour so 4.5 hours to reattach the drain tube seemed a bit excessive. Since it hasn't rained since I picked it up, I can't comment about the quality of the work. More

Family friendly employees I had been shopping for a used car for 2 months before I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet. My husband and I had gone to over 12 dealerships from Salmon to I had been shopping for a used car for 2 months before I went to Mcloughlin Chevrolet. My husband and I had gone to over 12 dealerships from Salmon to Vancouver and each car we test drove had a major issue ranging from the sunroof breaking prior to our test drive, a totaled vehicle that the salesman somehow had no idea happened to the locks not unlocking except for the driver side door... Since I had, had a couple dealerships sell the vehicle I had scheduled to drive and did not notify me until we had drove over an hour in traffic one way I asked Joel with Mcloughlin Chevrolet to go and get the vehicle so I knew I wouldn't be wasting my time. He responded by getting the car and sending me pictures of it parked out front and the carfax without me asking! I work during the day so all this was done via email. Brian the sales manager worked with us and the bank to get financing for me and reach my target monthly payments. I highly recommend Joel if you are serious about buying a vehicle (dont let his gruffness put you off he really is just blunt). Joel had us in and out in an hour and a half. Thank you Joel and Brian!
