Colorado Truck Computer and Oil Problems I had several intermittent issues with my truck's computer display and a low oil pressure alarm. John carefully noted each symptom and then made sure I had several intermittent issues with my truck's computer display and a low oil pressure alarm. John carefully noted each symptom and then made sure they were addressed. What made the difference for me was the availability of a loaner vehicle while the service was being done during the three days. John also defined an oil consumption test procedure for me to follow. The reason I did not rate this visit with 5 stars was that the phone system was down during the service, on the second day, and I was unable to determine the status of the vehicle. While I realize this was not in your control, it did create a scheduling problem for me. Maybe you could have emailed your customers to let them know the phone system was down. Also, I rated the price with 3 stars. The reason for this is the software upgrade cost over $200 and this is something that I feel GM should provide for free. More
