Recent Purchase Experience On August 24, 2018 I arrived to check out some cars. It was near closing time but the Isaiah Hansen did not make me feel rushed. He took time to sugge On August 24, 2018 I arrived to check out some cars. It was near closing time but the Isaiah Hansen did not make me feel rushed. He took time to suggest different models and did a great job explaining the differences of each model I looked at. I test drove two different cars before I decided on one. I felt that Isaiah was very professional and helpful, However as it was closing time I felt that the supervisor, and credit department were more interested in getting out and going home than in offering me good options. They were however very friendly and professional as we filled out paperwork. I plan to recommend Isaiah to anyone I know in search of a vehicle. More

Needed ignition recall completion. Waited a year and a half to get this done as didn't want to take my car back to where I purchased it (long drive) Someone told me I could get this do Waited a year and a half to get this done as didn't want to take my car back to where I purchased it (long drive) Someone told me I could get this done at any Chev dealer and they like the one on McLoughlin. Turns out it was quicker than expected, they made me new keys, and the service people are very helpful and nice. I will go back there for service, and when I want to buy my next Chevrolet! More

I wasn't terribly unhappy with the process, but I certainly wasn't pleasantly surprised by anything. Let's just say I expected a slightly unsatisfactory experience, and I got slightly more than that. However, when I realized the car had a dent in it when I got it home (they did not have me do a walk-around before driving off), they did take care of it for no charge, and their dent guy is amazing. More
