Great Customer Service! I had several items that I needed to have attended to on my vehicle. I had a 10% off coupon for one of the items; however, Larry found a 15% off coup I had several items that I needed to have attended to on my vehicle. Not a happy place We have visited this dealership 3 times as we purchased a used Chevy automobile. The last time I was there a really lovely person helped me, she must have been a service agent. Kelsey? Awesome- smiles, please, and thank you. Thats all you need- someone to make you feel welcome. The bummer is that the overall mood of customer interface staff is just not friendly. The receptionist that has been there every time I have been in the last year, the parts department counter service, and the telephone interaction- all could really care less. Lots of sighing and looking at the computer. Life is hard now. We need to look at each other as humans and realize that all we need is to feel like we are in this together in our professional life and daily existence. More

Lack of attention & inaccurate estimates I have have had my Tahoe maintained here several times. I knew the brakes on the Tahoe needed replacement and during routine checkup the dealership sa I have have had my Tahoe maintained here several times. I knew the brakes on the Tahoe needed replacement and during routine checkup the dealership said my brakes were fine, but they weren't. I inquired and they admitted that they did need changing. Also the estimate for that brake job was way out of line. Similarly another estimate to replace heater hoses was very high and inaccurate. If I didn't know any better they would over overcharged me $300. I will go somewhere else from now on. More
