Don Cohen is the best! I worked with Don to get my car repaired. He was great with telling me it could be a while as one of my parts was on a NATIONAL BACK ORDER LIST! He got me a loaner car that was a little gem to drive. I got my car back and it was repaired all on warrenty. It's a great place to take your car to. More

Excellent all around! I recently had an issue with the stereo in my new car and was able to schedule through Don to get it fixed right away. While the car was in, Don informed me of a recall that needed to be addressed as well. After multiple scheduling attempts (all my fault), Don got me in with a loaner car, working with my schedule to get the recall addressed. He was always very professional, friendly, and effective - it was a pleasure to work with him! More
