Customer Care I had a negative experience here a few years ago, but this past summer and winter the service manager, Cris, has been outstanding. He is friendly and I had a negative experience here a few years ago, but this past summer and winter the service manager, Cris, has been outstanding. Volt serviced My experience here with service is always just OK. No one is the friendliest. I never get the clearest explanation of service done on my car. I always have to call to get an update on the status of my vehicle. It's the closest and most convenient for me though so I always go here to service my car. My car gets fixed so in the end that is what matters. Just wish the overall experience was a little better. More
