Aside from forgetting to put the lug nuts back on my front tire, causing the tire to fall off as was pulling out of the shop, everything else was great. I was running late because of excruciating pain and Ricky understood and got me checked in right away and my truck was serviced promptly. Free coffee was available in the customer lounge that helped Ricky understood and got me checked in right away and my truck was serviced promptly.
