Went in for a battery replacement (recall), and the service dept there, while they didn't have all the answers immediately, made sure to take care of everything as rapidly as was possible. The line workers do the best with what they got, and while the service could have benefitted from some better planning on all sides, it got done same day and seems to have been done professionally. However , the Technician found problems that dont exist (front brakes were replaced less than 6-months ago, repo Personnel were friendly and helpful. In the past, the car was clean upon return (vacuumed and trash free). This time it was dirty- not vacuumed, with additional trash inside). Service level pricing options were not discussed beforehand, cost was higher than expected, which I take partial responsibility for, yet would have been great to know beforehand. More

Can't have 7-7:30AM service appointments married with Enterprise Car Rentals which doesn't open until 8AM (and didn't actually have a car, in this case, until 2PM or so). Need to reserve a car well in advance, perhaps DAYS (not just hours) before, due to the current rental-car availability insanity. The actual EV Tech guy(s) are ripping it up though, seamlessly dropping 1000 pound packs, doing coolant and firmware in something like 4 hours flat--they're not getting paid ENOUGH. More
