Unable to fix either of my issues due to "back-ordered parts. This is understandable but there is no real follow-up or "date" for when these problems might be fixed. Just a smile, and be on your way. Hourly rate way to high, prices for parts to high and they refused to do all the things right to the customer. Went in for a few things and the bill was huge with unforseen issues. Went in for a battery replacement (recall), and the service dept there, while they didn't have all the answers immediately, made sure to take care of everything as rapidly as was possible. The line workers do the best with what they got, and while the service could have benefitted from some better planning on all sides, it got done same day and seems to have been done professionally.
