I was greeted by my service advisor and she was very courteous as to what I was here for. After I told her that I was there for service that my car was due. She showed me where the waiting room was an courteous as to what I was here for. After I told her that I was there for service that my car was due. All went swell BUT I wonder why the "Oil Life" Indicator reads 91 directly following the LOF appointment my Volt got on 19 Jan. Shortly after I returned home after that appointment an email arrived tellin reads 91 directly following the LOF appointment my Volt got on 19 Jan. Shortly after I returned home after that appointment an email arrived telling me appointment has been scheduled for my Volt sometime in November 2021 "As I requested" but I didn't request it. When I tried to reply to that email the reply came back as :address NOT found"! As I used to tell my students,"Communication is often the problem AND often the solution"! More
My first visit with my new car was to be a free maintenance plus oil change which did not happen due to te fact of where I bought the car. The person who was working with me was not able to honor maintenance plus oil change which did not happen due to te fact of where I bought the car.
