When I limped my 2018 Jeep into the service center I was ask if I had an appointment. When I explained that I indeed did not have an appointment for my Jeep to develop serious issues on the way home from wo ask if I had an appointment. When I explained that I indeed did not have an appointment for my Jeep to develop serious issues on the way home from work. I was informed that the first available appointment was over a week later. A week and a half later informed that the vehicle was in need of a new motor and this was the only option offered. I agreed with the repair. I received no updates and when I called to check on the status I was informed that the technician had to go to school to receive certification in order to complete my motor exchange. Don’t think I will be using this dealership again. More
