The purchasing experience was fine enough, but definitely was a little high by comparison to other dealerships in the region. I went wi the them due to being relatively close and having the car I wanted. was a little high by comparison to other dealerships in the region. Part of the purchasing agreement was to fix some fairly deep scratching on the paint that I noticed while checking it out. I would not have bought the car if they hadn’t agreed to this. But then upon returning to have it fixed, the scratches were not fixed well at all. They had the car for 4 days and sent it to an external body shop. The body shop did the worst professional paint fix I’ve ever seen, I have literally done better work in my driveway, and my work didn’t look good either. When I told the dealership I wanted it fixed well, they told me that I shouldn’t expect it fixed well and they’d already done more than the initial agreement for fixing the paint. More
