Should have spent this much money somewhere else! When it came time to buy, we knew who had the best reputation, but boy were we in for a shock! Our family paid about 48K CASH for a NEW 56K RV of which was then severely damaged by their delivery people. It's been almost five months of excuses and wastes of time and so far we have yet to see completed repairs or replacement despite promises by manager Tom Lewis. We talked to our family attorney and we sent a letter as our last effort before proceeding legally. We will take our automobile shopping elsewhere next time and tell everyone we know to do the same! More

McCords was about the 3rd dealership I went to on my list. I was looking for a specific car. My experience with McCords and the sales rep Skyler was awesome, and friendly, I didn't get that sleezy sales person feeling while there at all. Nice waiting area, even a play area while we do paperwork, etc for my kids. Great coffee! Worked with me on the price of the car, I was able to negotiate without getting told "we won't make enough profit". I'm pretty sure dick Hannah dealer wouldn't go down on price because I wouldn't buy the extra crap they try to make people buy. Dick Hannah also compared car shopping to Walmart groceries, because I wanted $1,000 off the asking price, when the car was overly priced and pretty scratched up. don't go to dick Hannah they only care about ripping people off and making bank. go to McCords where you know you can get friendly service, enjoy some good coffee and negotiate the price of the car that you want. I got a year newer than the car at dick Hannah with 10,000 miles less, with navigation for just $200 more than the car at dick Hannah Honda and the car is in better condition. truly a great experience at McCords.
