I shopped here and asked to get the certified Costco I shopped here and asked to get the certified Costco deal. They came back with a sheet of paper telling me this was the Costco deal. They (the guy on the commercial) took my Costco card and came back with paper... mccords did not have the specific model I wanted so I went to a bigger dealer. I went to a bigger dealership in Gladstone. I found out very quickly that the paper they gave me was not the certified paper, and a much worse deal. Who does that these days? I didn’t expect that. The people we worked with at Gladstone were great... I went back to McCords years later for some maintenance. They were good at getting us in and out. The up selling that they did was expected. I just stuck to my oil change. I took the sheet of paper to a private mechanic he checked the things they recommended and said nothing needed to be replaced. I got a bunch of car wash tickets from the oil change I paid for. I went to the car wash and it was broken. I asked the kid working near by when mccords planned to fix it. He said it’s been broken for awhile and they didn’t have any plans to fix it. I prefer to give good positive reviews. But there really wasn’t much to be positive about here. I worked at a place like this before and left when I saw they were doing business this way. They have a great product TOY freeking TOTA!!! You can play the game straight up give people a great deal and make good money. I hope this informs you what you might be dealing with. All the best in your car shopping. More
