Amazing customer service from Dennis Mitchell! I was recently contacted by Dennis Mitchell at Mead Lexus of Lakeside regarding my leas on my 2013 ES350 and how I qualified for an early buyback. The I was recently contacted by Dennis Mitchell at Mead Lexus of Lakeside regarding my leas on my 2013 ES350 and how I qualified for an early buyback. They also had a 2-day sale going that week and I was in a 2015 RC350F Sport the next day with a minimal increase in monthly payment. Dennis always has my interests in mind, I never have to contact him, he reaches out to me first, and he takes great care of me. Firstly, I've owned/leased at least 15 automobiles in my lifetime and I've NEVER had such a great experience with a car salesman as I had with Joey Fo Firstly, I've owned/leased at least 15 automobiles in my lifetime and I've NEVER had such a great experience with a car salesman as I had with Joey Fortuna! He was extremely friendly yet professional, knowledgeable, patient, no pressure, and just fun to be around. Also, I honestly believe that he gave me the best possible deal on my new RC 350. I never thought I could lease such a HOT car at this point in my life, but Joey made it happen! This is my first Lexus (although a family member owned and loved one for 13 years!) and I am beyond impressed....with the appearance, the performance, the technology, the luxury...and with Joey! If Lexus keeps designing quality cars with a sporty look and attitude like the RC 350, you can bet I'll be back to see Joey for my next new car! And I've never been loyal to any one brand. I'm a car enthusiast and I like to try new and different types of sporty cars, but this entire overall experience could feasibly make me into a Lexus loyalist! For what it's worth, I've never written a review for a car salesman. And if I had, it would NOT have been a positive one!
