However, while I enjoy driving my new vehicle, I find the new technologies and many details somewhat confusing. It helps a bit that my old car was also a Lexus, but learning all of the innovations is like taking a graduate college degree. And that is where the Delivery Specialists have been indispensable. Aaron Cumming especially has been tremendous in easing the transition. Besides for being extremely knowledgeable I found Aaron to be pleasant, kind and an excellent instructor. He is very patient and great to work with and makes a difficult task seem like a fun activity. I think Lexus as well as we, your customers, are lucky to have him at the Meade Lexus dealership. My only issue was the discrepancy in pricing for this service. I priced this out with other mechanics, and was surprised to find that the online price was consistent the other prices I was quoted. However, when I called this dealer over the phone, the price was a few hundred dollars higher. However, I was told that they would honor the online price. Then when I actually brought the car in, they gave me a price closer to the online price. So make sure you check the web for pricing too. Also got a free loaner car for the day. More
