My only issue was the discrepancy in pricing for this service. I priced this out with other mechanics, and was surprised to find that the online price was consistent the other prices I was quoted. However, when I called this dealer over the phone, the price was a few hundred dollars higher. However, I was told that they would honor the online price. Then when I actually brought the car in, they gave me a price closer to the online price. So make sure you check the web for pricing too. Also got a free loaner car for the day. More
I purchased a Lexus RX 350 and love the vehicle. Meade Lexus of Southfield employees have been tremendous and very helpful. I enjoyed especially dealing with Karen Klaassen and Aaron Cumming. However, while I enjoy driving my new vehicle, I find the new technologies and many details somewhat confusing. It helps a bit that my old car was also a Lexus, but learning all of the innovations is like taking a graduate college degree. And that is where the Delivery Specialists have been indispensable. Aaron Cumming especially has been tremendous in easing the transition. Besides for being extremely knowledgeable I found Aaron to be pleasant, kind and an excellent instructor. He is very patient and great to work with and makes a difficult task seem like a fun activity. I think Lexus as well as we, your customers, are lucky to have him at the Meade Lexus dealership. He was nice enough to drive my prior vehicle back to my home location which is 15 miles from his dealership. Aaron was very knowledgable about the product. After going thorough his training course on how to operate the vehicles features, I felt almost as if I could train someone else. I drove to the dealership in the evening and picked up the car within 30 hours of my e-mail to him. There was a long wait for signing the papers with the Cashier - that part of the process may be improved, which will enable the customer to spend more time learning about the new car. More
