She was very patient with me as we test drove the different models I was interested in and I never felt pushed or hurried into any part of the sale. Karen helped me negotiate a very fair deal for my new lease and was very thorough with follow-up after the sale to make sure I was happy with new lease. When I stepped in to the showroom he was there to welcome me. I told him what I was looking for and he said just give me 5 mins.
