This is the third Lexus RX I have purchased since 2006 from Meade Southfield Lexus. My wife and daughter both drive the Lexus RX 400h and 450H and thoroughly enjoy their SUV. For the first time in the 9 months of owning this wonderful vehicle, the ES-350 I contacted the dealership to be in touch with the Service Department (On a SATURDAY at 2:00 p.m.) The Operator: Ms. K wonderful vehicle, the ES-350 I contacted the dealership to be in touch with the Service Department (On a SATURDAY at 2:00 p.m.) The Operator: Ms. Kristin Kaspari handled my call, most professionally and friendly. I indicated after having my vehicle serviced earlier that week, my "Needs Maintenance Soon" indicator was coming on. She told me the facts: That Saturdays can be difficult, fewer service staff, shorter work day. It was also realized that the service people I have worked with Tony K and Adam G were not in on this particular Saturday. She asked if she could put me through to either of their voicemail, I stated Adam didn't know which I should and she did. I left him a message, but indicated to her that I would be in on Monday. I contacted my husband telling him I would not be able to get the car in until Monday and what did he suggest. His response: "Bring it home, park it until Monday." I was devastated: "Park my fine Lexus ES-350?" I called Meade back, spoke with Kristin, told her my dilemma per my husband--she said, before I even finished whining about it--"Just a moment...and got me through to Dave Ferguson." I spoke with him briefly, told him the problem he directed me not to do any pushing of buttons while driving--I informed him I was two minutes away--he said, come right in. Clearly, I felt re-born! Dave instantly told me what the problem was when I arrived, the Valet, Kevin got in the driver's seat and took direction from Dave Ferguson and had me dealt with instantly. This may have seem liked a small problem to some, it was big to me if I would have had to PARK the vehicle for the weekend, remember? After Dave and Kevin resolved, I went inside to Nancy's warmth and meeting lovely Kristin for the first time, what an asset of intellect to the Meade Family she is. Also, how wonderful that shortly after Adam G had someone contact me as a result of my voice-message to him and even a phone call, follow up and education of what happened from the Service Man--TONY K. I don't even know how he found it--obviously, the Meade chain of command, staff sharing information. I am not likely to forget the time afforded to me on what may be your busiest day of the week of what could be deemed, 'a little problem,' but I must indicate, I take as much pride in driving and having a Lexus ES-350 as Meade has pride in me possessing one. Dave was great. Best experience I've had so far. He was accessible, receptive, and willing to work out a deal. I've bought a lot of cars, and this is by far my best experience. I'm waiting for Dave to get me out of my other car so I can get in an GS350 F-Sport. He went out of his way several times to accommodate my requests. Additionally, I'm a car guy and Dave was able to converse with me on a level that satisfied my detailed questions. More
Sales person did a very nice job of locating a car for me. I am very happy with the car. it is certified. drives like new. the sales person is to be commended for his work in finding/ selling/ and deliver me. With me. the price is very important but it is secondary to the history of the vehicle: one owner/ always serviced on time at the dealer/ no accidents. I'll be back when I need my next car. I don't se3ll cars that meet all these criteria. I pass them down to the kids and grand kids, then finally to my workers. More

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership! Everyone should shop at Meade!! I flew from Virginia just to pick up a car at this dealership. Tony was prepared for my service appointment at the scheduled time. He had the loaner vehicle ready and worked around my schedule regarding returning the loaner and picking up my vehicle.
