Came to bring my Lexus for service per Peaking with Maria and Dale on the phone. When I got there I was told that no one could service it at that time but Maria made sure that everything was taken care of an and Dale on the phone. When I got there I was told that no one could service it at that time but Maria made sure that everything was taken care of and that I wouldn't have to come back to being my vehicle back the next day. She made sure they checked it all out and ordered the part, as well as got me a loaner. She is the very best, from sales all the way through every step in the process! I have been a customer of the Meade Lexus in Southfield for the past 13 years. Recently, my 2001 IS300 went in for service. Sadly, Jerry Marx, my terrific service advisor for the past 7 years called me w for the past 13 years. Recently, my 2001 IS300 went in for service. Sadly, Jerry Marx, my terrific service advisor for the past 7 years called me with the bad news. At 203,000 miles I was looking at over $2000.00 in repairs for the first time in this cars life! Yes, I have driven my 2001 for 13 years and I finally had to face the reality that it may be time to get a new car. Honestly, I have been so happy with the service and care I have received from Meade for all these years that I did not look anywhere else for a new car. Karen Klaassen, the same knowledgeable and patient salesperson that sold me my 2001 IS, was there to show me my options once again in 2014! After driving several of the new models, I am happy to report that I am now the excited owner of a new IS 350! Thank goodness Aaron Cumming, the "delivery specialist", was there to help with the orientation to this new car. A lot has changed in 13 years! Thank you to the entire team at Meade Lexus of Southfield. This dealership has earned my loyalty!!!! More

The service is good to great as per usual. One concern I have is that I was promised months ago a free gas fill up do to being inconvenieced and Mr. Ferguson neglected to attempt getting this for me.
