Both David Israilov and Phil Coron were very helpful. David saved me money by recommending that I take the rebate instead of the lower finance rate, which lowered my monthly purchase payments. They went out of their way by staying after hours to finish up the paperwork and to give me instructions on how to operate the new vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience leasing my new Lexus ES300h. Karen Klaassen was very knowledgable, professional and accommodating and made this a very easy transaction. She spent considerable time with me to learn what I wanted, describe the vehicles and explain all of my options and in a very short time was able to find a car with the exact equipment I was looking for. She was also able to arrange for delivery on the day I requested, 12/31/13, even though this was a very busy day at the dealership. Karen has also helped me to work through some difficulties in ending my prior Lexus lease due to a repair issue, and has been extremely gracious with regard to the additional time this has taken. I have also had a great deal of contact with Phillip Coron and Aaron Cumming while selecting and taking delivery of my new car. Phil took me on a test drive of two different models and was very knowledgable about their features and how they compared to each other and my prior Lexus model. He was very helpful in educating me as to my options and listened carefully to my preferences so that he could help me to make a decision. As a result, I decided to lease my new vehicle on the day of my first test drive. Aaron assisted Karen on the day of delivery and spent a great deal of time with me showing me the car features and programming the technology. He was extremely thorough and patient and willing to spend extra time at the end of the day even though the dealership was closing for the New Year's holiday and much of the staff had already gone home. I was surprised to learn that Aaron had only been a Lexus employee for a short number of weeks. He was so knowledgable I never would have guessed he was not a long term employee. I am very pleased with my new Lexus and very appreciative of Karen, Phil and Aaron who have all gone out of their way to give me special attention. All three have assisted me with technology issues in the two weeks since I first took delivery. They are always friendly, responsive, thorough and patient and work well together as a team. They have made my overall experience one that I could not be more pleased with. More
I came in to have winter tires put on. Dave was very friendly and answered all of my questions. There was a moment of uncertainty when he was told by the parts people that there was no more room to sto friendly and answered all of my questions. There was a moment of uncertainty when he was told by the parts people that there was no more room to store my tires, even though I was told specifically that my tires could be stored at the dealer (it was not Dave who took the call that day, cannot remember his name) and that was why I chose to purchase new winter tires. However, Dave resolved the problem for me and I was very happy. Great customer service! More
