I stopped by his desk(Johnnie Dinkins) just to make casual conversation and one talk led to another, led to an appraisal of my current 2009 RX 350, followed by a test drive of this beautiful 2012 RX 350 loaded with bells and whistles, that eventually led to me sealing the deal and driving away the 2012. There was no pressure nor persuasion. Aaron (Jonnie protégé) was great assisting me on the test drive and answering all my questions regarding the features. Mark was great in his handling of getting it appraised. Larry was great getting that deal signed, sealed, and delivered. I am so excited to be a part of the growing Lexus family.
