This was my first visit to a Lexus Dealership and it was wonderful. Made inquiry online and recieved a call from Mr. Israilov within minutes. He was very encouraging and we set a date and time for me to c wonderful. Made inquiry online and recieved a call from Mr. Israilov within minutes. He was very encouraging and we set a date and time for me to come in. I was nervous upon arrival, not knowing what to expect with my current situation, i.e. low credit scores and very high student loans. Mr. Israilov provided me with multiple vehicle choices, took my information and came back with some very positive feedback. After providing requested documentation and a very low security deposit, he was very determined to get me into a vehicle that I could afford and not be worrying about making the payment. Although my credit scores were low, he made me feel that with a little more work, he and the Lexus Banking facility would do everything possible to make my dream come true. The very next day he called and told me that I had been disapproved for the used vehicle I had seen and wanted, BUT I had been approved for a brand new vehicle (same model) with a lower interest rate and monthly payment. I was elated!!! Not only did I get the model I wanted, but the exterior and interior colors were on point and the payment is way, way cheaper than the used vehicle would have cost me. Not only did Mr. Israilov exceed my expectation of just getting a luxury vehicle, he got me the best deal possible, with the most discounts available, and we closed the deal within three (3) business day. I love my CT200h and so does everyone who sees me in it. I am styling and profiling like never before. I'd also like to thank the Meade Showroom staff for being exceedingly friendly while waiting to pick up my automobile and the snack bar personnel for their cheery personalities on Halloween. I would like to thank Mr. Rick for taking the extra time and attention to explain every facet of available services and required vehicle care...he was outstanding and all questions were answed in detail. I would also like to thank Mr. Phil Coron for test driving the vehicle with me and programming my channels, blue tube and other applications that I would probably still be trying to figure out today. He pointed out other extras that made me feel like I have just purchased the most expensive vehicle on your lot. Many thanks to my great sales consultant and your entire staff. I definitely will be back in two years to get another vehicle and have already recommended him (and Meade Lexus) to others seeking to purchase a great vehicle. Many, many thanks.
