We started by looking at the Meade Lexus of Southfield website for a used Lexus RX350. After leaving our contact information on the website, Joey Fortuna promptly replied, answered our initial questions website for a used Lexus RX350. Still trying to find the right vehicle, he had a targeted vehicle that we had shown interest in waiting upon our arrival. As we looked over the vehicle, it was extremely clean and Mr. Fortuna highlighted the features that matched our interests before suggesting we go for a test ride. The vehicle appeared to be just what we wanted except that it lacked a trailer hitch. Mr. Fortuna said he could arrange for that to be taken care of if we wanted the vehicle. Realizing that this could be a vehicle we could purchase that evening, we had him look at our 1991 Lexus LS 400 as a trade-in. He and the staff at Meade went out of their way to close the deal and make us satisfied. Without any pressure, Mr. Fortuna answered all of our questions and made sure the vehicle was one that fit our needs. In 1991, we made the decision to buy from the Meade dealership because of the outstanding reviews on the Lexus and Meade's friendly customer service and here we are 22 years later purchasing a vehicle from them again for the same reasons.
