My Pre-Owned "Honda Lexus" Experience! I initially contacted Lexus regarding a pre-owned Honda listed on the Meade Lexus website. Russ Collick responded to my inquiry. I had virtually a professional, no hassle, expedient experience with Russ. Although I was not purchasing a Lexus Russ went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. First I live in Jackson, Michigan. Russ stayed well beyond closing providing me the driving time to the dealership for me to test drive the Honda and complete paperwork. If that was not good enough, Russ actually delivered my newly purchased vehicle to my door front in Jackson. Wait!, there's more, when my license plate came in Russ even delivered the license plate to my place of employment, got out with his screwdriver and actually put my new license plate on the Honda. Now that's what I call outstanding service that was certainly appreciated in light of my challenging situation. And just to think, this above and beyond, extreme service was extended to me and I didn't even buy a "New Lexus."
