A Simple Visit--Result: Amazing Service I actually cannot imagine being serviced by anyone other than Tony K. Interacting, however brief with the phenomenal group at the front desk, Nancy, Melissa and especially the I-T assistance given to me by Amanda recently, where I was getting constant promps of everything happening to my ES 350, through my Iphone was a bit much--Amanda came to the rescue and prevented the furtherance of that. I'm so grateful. On this visit, Tony K contacted me informing me of a recall on my ES 350. He appropriately checked out the issue and followed up with me. What was not planned was the need for my vehicle to be painted because it incurred a fender scraping in backing up. Tony arranged with Gordie to paint the vehicle--I couldn't believe the timeliness of Gordie even being on the premises. Great job--Tony pulling it all together. Time and time again, Tony never disappoints and he provides service with an incredibly positive demeanor, smile and professionalism. He, for me, is the heart of Meade. More
