Great experience I recently renewed my lease and got a 2016 NX. Karen was very professional and paitient. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock (I was told that I recently renewed my lease and got a 2016 NX. Karen was very professional and paitient. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock (I was told that it will take 5-8days) but Karen managed to have my car delivered on my birthday which was 2 days after I singed the contract, she even put a big red ribbon on top of the car made it look like a present!
