Makes sure that the customer leaves happy! I had a few miscommunications on my part when I was expressing what it was I wanted when I came into the dealership to trade my car in... I was working with Seth Arnold initially and I just think maybe he misunderstood or maybe I hadn't made my wants or needs clear enough.. Regardless he did everything he could to get me into a new car, because I had expressed some urgency and I appreciate the work he did to make that happen. Although I was very excited, it wasn't exactly what I had wanted and I expressed to Seth and Russ that I wanted to bring the car back and to get one that had all the options. I came back in and met with Rick Rodriguez and Jaclyn and they were absolutely outstanding the customer service they gave me. They were friendly, professional, attentive to my concerns, respectful to my wishes on all aspects of the transaction. Rick and Jaclyn were absolutely amazing in the work they had to do and I want to thank them, because they really made me feel they genuinely wanted to see me a happy customer and they showed they are proud to uphold the standards of Meade Lexus. They then put me with a different sales associate Karen who was patient, friendly, professional, kind, extremely knowledgable and made me feel extremely comfortable as a female customer. I will say it has been my best experience yet doing business at Meade with Karen assisting me. She really took her time in making sure all details and any questions were answered and did everything to make sure I was happy and comfortable at all times when she was assisting me. For a female trying to purchase or lease a car on her own it can be quite intimidating especially if your not familiar with leasing, financing, etc... And sometimes salesman in any business can be quite disingenuous in they're intentions when they know a customer may be a first timer. For anyone who is planning on doing business with Meade I would highly recommend working with Karen and I just wanted to say thank you again to Rick and Jackie for making me smile and feel happy every morning when I open my garage and see my car! I love it its a beautiful car and thank you for everything. On a side note.. Mona.. your voice travels very far.. I heard you when I was in Marks office. I'm not sure what your problem is with me, but lets just keep it professional in the work place. Please and thank you!! Thanks again Lexus for taking great care of me!!!! More

Respect customers and great prices My wife and I looked for a Lexus for 4 months. After visiting 3 dealers in state and 1 out we were very exhausted and tiered of pushy dealers. We found a vehicle at Meade through an online listing. When we went to see it, we where amazed by our sales person politeness. We were more amazed by how they worked with us to ensure we were on the right vehicle and not forcing us to vehicle. Great experience from the sale to the pick up or our car. I recommend the staff of Meade to Lexus to anybody tired of aggressive dealer. More
