I contacted Saso Perduloski, the pre-owned sales manager, who helped with the repair bill and in the end even took the car back, letting us swap it for a 2009 Lexus RX 350. Saso handled the situation in a very professional and customer-focused manner and even though we were very upset he ensured we were taken care of like family. Saso gave us complete peace of mind and fully regained our confidence in this dealership when he offered us a complimentary warranty, an additional set of keys and had the service department fully inspect our new vehicle, ensuring nothing was left to chance. Technology specialist Nicole even came with us to our new car to walk us through all of its features. What started as a horrible experience turned into a guarantee that when we’re ready for our next car there is absolutely no doubt we will be coming back to Mead Lexus of Southfield. Beyond expectations! Approx 12:30pm on Black Friday my car wouldn't start. I frantically called Meade Lexus - Southfield because I couldn't have my car disabled all weeke Approx 12:30pm on Black Friday my car wouldn't start. I frantically called Meade Lexus - Southfield because I couldn't have my car disabled all weekend. They advised me there were no appointments available this day however they offered same-day service as long as I could allow up to 3 hours for completion of service. The service area was fully packed yet the greated me and Tony wrote up my service issue very promptly. Tony advised me of the possible issues and indicated they would promptly look at the car however he repeated it could be a 3 hour wait. To my surprise, I was on the road with my car completely serviced within 75 minutes from the time I arrived. The service experience was very professional and very fast. I know from experience that I never would have gotten the same service at another dealers service department. To be able to bring my car at the last minute and having the job completed so quickly is truly a special quality, however that has consistently been my experience at Meade Lexus - Southfield. Tony took care of my issue very quickly and very professionally. More
