I live on the other side of the state but the name of this dealership sounded very familiar. Once I realized it was the one my mom recently purchased her car from I knew it would be worth the drive. She spoke so highly of this dealership and their commitment to customer service. After contacting Dave I had nothing short of a wonderful experience and drove off the lot with my "new", and very well taken care of, car. Dave was a pleasure to work with, as well as Marla Johnson. When I returned to pick up my car, everyone was courteous and efficient so I was out quickly. Marla was very good at explaining my new car to me. More
Extremely Disappointed I brought my 2008 es350 in for an oil change, a new battery and to repair a damaged side view mirror. Although there was some mis-communication about I brought my 2008 es350 in for an oil change, a new battery and to repair a damaged side view mirror. Although there was some mis-communication about the side view mirror, I felt that the service manager made things right. However, upon receiving my vehicle back and washing it a week later I realized that scratches had been made on the the front grill. I believe that while the battery was being replaced, that it was set on the front grill causing the scratches. Upon further inspection of the vehicle I found that a small gash had been made on the back of drivers seat! I feel that this was done intentionally as the person that repaired the side view mirror the 1st time was probably the same one that had to redo it the 2nd time (no proof) However, when the mirror was repaired the 1st time, the service manager asked me for the repaired part and was upset the the person that had repaired the mirror had Not put the repaired pieces in my vehicle. Again, I have no proof what-so-ever, but if the service person was upset for being called out on not putting the repaired part in my vehicle, and needing to repair it a 2nd time, he may have been upset. It looks like someone took a screwdriver and just dug it into the seat. Again, I have no proof. I do have pictures of these. As a result of this incident, not only will I not buy my new vehicle from Meade, which I was planning on doing, and had already spoken with Jeff my sales person, but will never go back for any reason, nor will I say anything positive about this dealership, ever! My girlfriend has also been receiving her service on her Lexus from Meade, and will cease to do so going forward. We will both be purchasing new cars in the next 30-60 days by the way.
